Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS, depending on the order and destination.

Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Perfumo Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or shipping delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
